Community Dinner for New Residents

As a new resident of Haderslev Municipality, you and your family are warmly invited to a cosy evening featuring a community dinner and live music at SG25 Culture House. This is a great opportunity to meet other newcomers and experience one of the town’s vibrant cultural venues.

The community dinner will take place on Thursday, 10 September, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at SG25 Culture House, Slotsgade 25, 6100 Haderslev.

Look forward to good food, a relaxed atmosphere, and live music by singer and guitarist Nikolaj Bertelsen.

Programme

• 5:30 PM: Welcome
• 6:00 PM: Community dinner. Dinner will be provided by SG25.
• 6:45 PM: Live music by singer and guitarist Nikolaj Bertelsen

As a new resident, you will receive dinner, one beer or a non-alcoholic beverage, and access to the music programme free of charge. Regular bar prices apply thereafter.

SG25 is a non-profit cultural centre located in the heart of Haderslev’s historic old town. Run by volunteers, it was created to bring people together through shared meals, concerts, and cultural events.

Registration

The event is free of charge for new residents. A total of 60 places are available. The registration deadline is Tuesday, 8 September.

Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

To register, please send an email to memc@haderslev.dk. In your email, please state how many children (up to 12 years old) and adults (13 years and older) you would like to register.

Your registration is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from Settlement Consultant Melissa McCann Seeberg.

If all places are filled, a waiting list will be established. In the event of cancellations, available places will be offered to those on the waiting list in the order registrations were received.
